I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. I allow a 10 minute grace period if you are running late to your appointment. If you are not here within that 10 minute grace period a no show fee of 50% will be charged. 1st no show will result in a 50% fee. 2nd no show will result in a 100% fee.
